Where to start? I received the device in advance, read all the instructions, it seemed to me that it was an easy installation. Certainly not! The block didn't fit the door even when I got the right size door. I connected up to 12V and two blue wires to the module, everything turned on, the module is not powered. Seems to be a good product and easy to install. The reason I got it was because the curios conditioner is great so love the company. After they sent me this non-working stone, I don't know if I can conscientiously approve of the water heater. When I tried to replace the unit I was told that I would have to buy another one and send the old one over to another problem at a price you think is better. Let's hope they give me a good one next time. Another week of waiting
