Review on Molotow GRAFX Masking Marker 728 001 by Doris Tran

Will NEVER buy this item again. I bought it to mask a very sensitive area to keep the white area on the paper where the highlights, feathers and waterdrops should be. It worked great on paper, but once dry the paper is impossible to peel off. This is Fabriano Artistico Extra White HP, fine art quality paper. The blue gaps on the beak and around the eye in the photo are the sticky grey-blue residue of that masking fluid that I can't get rid of. I've been sitting here for 15-20 minutes brushing it with my index finger, brush and eraser and I still have work to do on the side of the bird. I need to go to my local craft store and buy some erasers and I HOPE they work better for picking off without damaging the watercolor underneath! Terrible product since its whole purpose is to remove it without damaging the painting underneath. 1 star because it doesn't matter how well the concealer applies or how thin the lines you can mask with it, it just doesn't really come through!
