Real junk, such a terrible quality still needs to be searched.

On Pleer, I purchased a DVD. Ru Seagate has had the disk for a month under warranty, but they have been unable to fix the issue. After sending the disk to the repair facility, complications emerged. I had to wait two weeks for them to process my return. The promise of a replacement came after I posted a plea to the Seagate website. The advertised model is now out of stock, however they do have alternatives. Perhaps you might wait a couple of months while we special-order what you need. To put it briefly, awesome. When I spend money on a quality item, the last thing I want is a hemorrhoid instead. I'm boiling mad, but I'll get through this. Okay, let's have a look. I'm crossing my fingers that we can work out this problem and I end up being content with the replacement. p.s. I still had a 2 TB WD drive at home; I considered getting another 5 TB drive, but ultimately decided against it. I'm not happy with WD because it makes noise, heats up, annoys me with its blue light, and has recently slowed down without my TV noticing. the only advantage is that despite this, the full disk has been working for 1.5 years.

  • As soon as I inserted the disk into the drive, I saw the telltale clicks, disconnections, and failures that indicate a faulty disk. All of the formatting in the world couldn't save this. Due to my inability to resolve this, I have elected to make use of the provided warranty service.
