Sufficient for temporary use. In my opinion, not for every day
It has a transparent protective layer that is scratched with a brush and breaks off when cooking on a high stove. Heat a pot of water with vinegar and Himalayan salt. I probably cleaned them again and boiled them in the same pot with copper mugs and a copper water bottle, but they taste great and last a long time. The included wire brush is quite hard and not the best quality but I'm a picky person and overall I'm happy with them considering the price.
