The ability to have access to my patient's information anywhere I am without having to be at home or in the office. Also being able to communicate with them via text messages and voice calls. It can be very frustrating when you are trying to get something done but it takes forever to do so. Sometimes I feel like I am just wasting time waiting for someone to respond. Sometimes they don't even read what I send them and just wait until I call again. Make sure you know how to use this program before you purchase it. You need to learn how to navigate through the system quickly and efficiently. This program is great for being able to contact patients outside of work hours and not having to worry about missing important information if I am out doing other things.
