The shipping packaging is fine, but the product is damaged.
Luckily I think the seal I need is not broken but one is broken. OEM product. decent price. I can't seem to find it at the local parts store. Even with a part number. Luckily I think the one I need is not damaged. Perhaps it should be sent in a cardboard letter box. Like most other gaskets and seals.
