Review on Aluminium Enclosure NG 2242A Extension Converter by Ricky Habbani

I liked the first one so much I got a second one to use the short M2 hard drive left over from the upgrade. The build quality is very reliable. I haven't found anything suitable for mSATA or 80mm M2 drives yet. The short sleeve is perfect for the 40mm M2 to keep the extra sleeve from protruding from the USB port. It doesn't work with closely spaced USB ports like the 4 packs on the motherboard, works great with the ones on the front which tend to be better spaced and the individual ports on my laptop. A short lengthening eliminates these problems. It's a little fiddly to assemble, but doable with the tools provided. I don't know why the strap attaches around the internal screw post and exits through two slots when a simple hole or loop will do. To replace the band, you must disassemble the entire band and loosen the M@ locking screw. It would be great if the cap on the back of the case could be magnetized. A hole is provided so it can be strung on the included string.
