It was a little tighter than I would have liked as it was said to fit 31
I'm 5ft 2" with a 28/29" waist. It was a bit tighter than I would have liked as it claims to fit 31.5". It's also quite short. I was planning on wearing it with leggings and just for a Halloween costume, so overall it seems good Just thought the fit and length info would be helpful to others.
