I wanted to love this knife and I still love it, but it has problems. The fit and finish is top-notch, and the handle easily offers a four-finger grip for my XL hands. However, if you buy this knife, do yourself a favor and just make a raised edge. The edge snapped off when I encountered a small knot while scraping greasy wood. Since then I've snapped the edge and abused the knife to see if it would come out again. With more reliable edge geometry, it's now a trusted tool. Overall, I expected more from a tool that costs this much, but imagine having the same problem with a new one. The selected steel simply should not have such a face.
