The most important thing I like about this software is that it provides me with more than what I expect from every HRMS. It helps to maintain an efficient workforce management system which makes our work easier. Sometimes its slow when there are too many users but overall this has not been any problem for us as of now. Its really easy to use and understand. There is nothing much i dislike about this tool so far if you want to hire employees then go ahead otherwise there will be no harm in using this application. My organization needs an employee onboarding software for their staff which can help them track their performance and productivity levels and create training programs accordingly to improve the efficiency level within my team. This platform helps me achieve all these things with ease.
