Be aware of the velcro. It will snag things easily.

It gave me the look I wanted at an affordable price. I wish it didn't look so much like vinyl. Sadly, you have to really watch the velcro. The loops that grab stuck out beyond the woven side, which means it grab the light weight material of the shirt I was wearing and shredded/snagged it. Not repairable. I will cut off the loops that were snagging stuff before I wear it again.
