The listing image does not reflect the real low level lighting. My smartphone is brighter, more versatile and has more surface area than a strap. Would only use this if there was no alternative. I do not recommend. Updated review: I bought two of these and used one on each arm. After writing the reviews above, I used the smartphone app with a flashing light on one arm and combined two bracelets on the other. Two make the lighting much more efficient. UPDATE 3: The more I use them, the more I like them. Using 2 together is much better than 1. One strip doesn't emit bright enough and has a very narrow field of view. With 2 I switch the lighting sequence and the lighting and visible light range is much better.
