To be honest, I was very skeptical about the quality and functionality of this mount given the price, but I'll tell you I'm shocked. No wonder this thing has such a high rating. Go ahead and buy a few while you're at it. I have 3 of these in each car. It holds my phone regardless of orientation and I had no issues with the phone slipping at all. My only problem so far has been tightening the screw that adjusts the alignment, but I figured it was my fault. I tightened the screw fairly hard, but I was afraid of over-tightening because it's plastic. The vibration caused the screw to loosen slightly and the phone toppled over. I tightened it up pretty tight the second time around and haven't had any problems since. go and buy it I researched several mounts and compared reviews before purchasing. It was a clear winner.
