**Update 06/2021: My replacement no longer works either. I've used it maybe 5 times since I got it and this one has completely stopped charging as well. I used the included cable as well as various other USB-C chargers. **. I bought this originally expected head massager. It's not like this. It inflates and squeezes its head, so to speak. I wouldn't call it relaxing but I have migraines and it helped a lot so I decided to leave it on. I've used it maybe 6 or 7 times since I got it but otherwise it's been sitting in a desk drawer. I had Covid-19 and a terrible headache and remembered spending almost $100 on this thing so I took it. use and find that the battery is dead. I've been trying to charge it with different chargers for two days and it won't charge or turn on at all. Replacement requested, let's see if the next one will do. Skip this brand altogether and save yourself the hassle.
