The device itself isn't that bad, but the support is terrible . I've been waiting a week for an answer to my initial problem, when I call support back the person I'm dealing with is always in a meeting. The answer I get is they will contact me if they know anything. It would be professional to reply to my email with this message instead of refusing support. I found this post which has my problem but support team still has nothing to say. me1.0 out of 5 stars Does not work with Windows Server 2003as of March 15, 2012 Model: 8 ports with 4 USB cables and 4 PS/2 KVM
