I have 6 of them. Bought on time. They work great with Alexa. But everyone has their own setup issues that caused me to call support. Customer service is excellent, but what's frustrating is the lack of easy setup. Here are the various things we did to get it working, in addition to their own troubleshooting guidelines that you should also follow: 1. Disable cellular data on your phone2. If you go to Wi-Fi settings and Wemo doesn't show up in available networks, don't go back to the app as the written guide suggested, just wait literally 15 minutes and then check again. The support agent literally set the timer. It appears where you can use it.3. Uninstall and reinstall the app. 4. Do not try to add a device if you see this option in the WiFi settings.
