Didn't help me. However, attempting to migrate from a Crucial 2TB drive seems to hang indefinitely after reading the first 173MB or so with either the Speed or Balance performance setting. Crashes immediately when performance setting is set to "compatible". Support on their website is sparse and instructions for this particular device are not provided or appear to be available, although documentation can be found for other disk duplicators with similar interfaces. Not worth the money in my opinion for the amount of support available and the potential for problems like mine.
