Worth the trouble Best in Furniture

Instructions weren't great. In fact, they were pretty lackluster, but if you're skilled and have already packed, you should be fine. Several hex head screws attaching the main mechanism to the underside of the chair seat had to be turned 1/6 to 1/4 turns each depending on their position, and one had to be moved to a corner, particularly for downloads. It was a slow process using only the tools provided. HOWEVER, as they say, this is a very comfortable chair and it works pretty well. I added special wheels made specifically for hardwood floors, not the wheels that come with the kit. They had to be hammered in with a small hammer so I don't know if the ones supplied were easier to install or not. I'm glad I had the patience to put the furniture together because it was worth the effort in the end. I hope the manufacturer reads this and talks to their engineering team on how best to design the mechanism to attach the control mechanism to the underside of the seat and that they do a better job with their instructions as well as both require serious work.
