I ordered these after looking at prices for similar leveling systems at Lowe. It was half the price and seemed pretty logical. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. I used it on a 12 x 24 wall tile. Installation was easy. I sometimes used the tool that came with it. On others, I was able to line up the yellow spacers by hand-tightening them. The tongues mostly broke easily the next day when the hammer hit them from the side. I had some issues with 2 or 3 of the ones I had. Too close to the side wall. There wasn't enough room to swing to break the pieces. I'll try to break them under the surface of the tile in another way. Additional note. I had to buy some grout at my local tile store and saw the same leveling system with shims for sale for a lot more. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this.
