Review on Proslat 11004 PVC Slatwall Hook Kit, 20-Piece Steel Backplates, 1/8-Inch, Silver by Satish Simone

I used the board to renovate our garage. I bought 2 x 4 x 4 and 2 x 4 x 8 trim panels for each 4 foot section. So I set them up like this: 4x6, 4x2, 8x6, 8x2. It gave me more room to put things in because my garage has windows and obstructions. The Proslat system only uses its own hooks and you will need a lot more hooks than you think. Don't forget to screw down each row of plastic panels because if you skip a row and try to hang the hooks, you're going to run into trouble. The plates and hooks are strong now, but the system is quite expensive, especially since you have to buy their hooks and if you have a lot of gardening tools, the hooks work quickly. This hook set offers the best value for money. The quality control on the hooks isn't the best and some have scratches on the paneling and such, but nothing particularly noticeable in the garage. The good thing about the professional panel system is that it's made of plastic, so wood or sections won't get wet and cause rot and odors in the garage. We did the white panels and they are a little scratched here and there but I found a great vinyl cleaning product on Amazon and this product hides all the little scratches and such. So overall, Proslat is a good product, but it could still be improved in a few areas. In general we are happy with what happened.
