For the above reasons, it will be very difficult for me to evaluate the Apple branded cable objectively and impartially. There is such a suspicion that the price for it is overpriced by a factor of 100. For some inexplicable reason, my iPhone refuses to accept a cable from other brands, even those tested and recommended by Apple itself. Here's a mystery: a few months ago I bought a network charger "Deppa" MFI 2.1A with 2 USB outputs, high-quality, proven brand, outwardly very beautiful. At first, there were no problems, but after 2-3 months of using it, the phone simply stops charging with it from the network. And it is precisely the phone that does not charge when this set (Depp cable + Depp network charger) is plugged into the network. If you use only the Deppa cable through a computer or the Apple cord and the Deppa network cable - everything is fine in this kit - but how much nerves all this rigmarole cost me, all these disassemblies with the phone, you can’t recharge it at the right time. Personally, my opinion: Apple still podshaman something with their iPhones to encourage the purchase of such expensive and unnecessary accessories as their branded cable and network charger. So, let's take a closer look at what they offer for 1550 rubles (and this is the cheapest offer)! The price for it in some places reaches 2300 rubles. I think that for such a price, the cord could work as a flashlight, a boiler, an alarm clock, and also have a couple of dozen functions. But no, it's just a piece of cable, the cheapest common white standard wire. The buyer cannot even choose a color for his own money, and also a lot, because they have a concept of releasing accessories only in white. Cable length 1 meter. All this is made in China. For comparison, two branded cords from a bitten apple: on the right is a new cord, on the left - which has served a couple of years. The cord was killed in the trash, so to speak, here it is the vaunted quality. The appearance is terrible, the color is already such a color that it is unpleasant to take it in your hands. Cracks on the body, we tried to reanimate all this with electrical tape - it is practically useless. Of course, you could easily throw it away and buy a new one, if not for the price. Here is another accessory - a failed Apple charger with a deformed, melted case. In general, we get the usual Chinese quality for fabulous money. On a good note, it should not be recommended, but considering that only my iPhone works seamlessly with this cord, I still have to recommend it with my overall rating of "2 points".
