I love this stuff! You can literally press the seal around a bowl & then toss the bowl up in the air, flipping it, and it stays sealed. I know this bc I've done it many times when I have friends over who are unfamiliar with it. The down side is that there can be a sticky residue left on the dish-I think this is usually if we microwave it. You can also just wrap food in this and it will keep your food item fresh & airtight. I also use it to cover my paint rollers when I'm painting a room - locks out all air and keeps the paint fresh on the roller til the next day. I would never go back to using reg plastic wrap-never.
