The preamp could not be made to work with either the USB or the Aux input. Input

No sound in my system while this preamp is on. The USB input did not work. Auxiliary input did not work. Skeleton instructions and they don't mention a technical support option. After two hours of troubleshooting and a dozen computer reboots, I returned it to Revain. Looking at the other two reviews here it could sound very good if someone can get it to work. However, I will never know for sure.
