My older dog survived earlier this year, I ordered a gray heart for his final resting place and when it arrived I found it had been used. When I first opened it, I noticed ash stuck to the inner walls of the heart. Instead of struggling to get through these hard times, I just washed it. The back opening doesn't close tightly and bits could fall out through the cracks, so I had to seal it with glue. I've waited a few months to give an honest review without the pain and anger of disrespecting a used trash can that was sold as new.
