I like that it is very easy to use once you know how (which isn't too hard).
It's not as well known in our area so we have had difficulty finding support when needed but they are always willing if help can be provided! There could definately maybe more options available such us VLAN tagging or QoS configurations which would make this product even better suited towards my needs than what currently exists within Cisco Systems' portfolio at least those offered by their Enterprise line-up - i'm sure there must exist similar offerings from other vendors though? We've been using cisco systems networking equipment since 2000/2001 back then just an old 2811 router now upgraded into something much different however still supporting many protocols including ISDN BRI etc..
