There wasn't much play so being able to adjust was perfect. The pins sit well in the tensioner

This tool worked very well on my 16v Scirocco. There wasn't much play so being able to adjust was perfect. The pins felt good in the tensioner. Enough space and torque to get the job done with this tool.
