Review on Tsurumi LSR2.4S-60 0.67 HP Submersible Dewatering Pump for Low-Level Applications by Jonathan Waritani

Worth the money, very strong, durable pump!

This is very good and worth the money. Every spring I had water in my basement (about an inch) and it pumped out most of it. You'll need to move the pump to get to each area, so make sure you have enough outlets in the basement. I have put shoelace adapters in lightbulb sockets. I ran a 50 foot garden hose out the basement window from the pump and it worked fine. This is a powerful pump that can even work with a larger hose with an adapter. Tip: If you can't get the pump in the basement to pump, place it in a bucket of water to fill the pump. When the water level drops to the bottom of the bucket, quickly put the pump on the basement, it should keep pumping. It can only pump water 1/4 inch deep or less. It's a very well built, heavy and very powerful pump. I found out about it by renting it from a hardware store, liked it so much I bought it. Hope this helps you decide. Oh I forgot, it comes with a long 30 foot cord.
