This luggage rack is marketed as a luggage rack that fits other brands of cargo boxes and I'm sure it will fit many of them. I tried mounting it to a Polaris ATV Lock and Ride Rear Cargo Rack Box / Black / pt #2875176 but since the molded cutouts on my box lid were too close together it wouldn't fit without grinding the flanges - which I did did not want to do. This is a pretty good product but a bit light. The rack attaches with four 1/4" x 20 screws that screw in from the bottom. If you have a Kolpin companion box, it's fine because there are marks on the underside of the lid where you should drill. But if you have another brand, getting those four holes perfectly aligned is going to be tricky, and there's a good chance you'll need longer or shorter screws depending on the thickness of your box's lid Support bar almost 10 degrees Don't know why it's needed or even is useful Made in China and the color is barely passable I'm sure it's easy to scratch if that's your concern The one I have doesn't have all four legs on a flat plane (one was slightly raised - maybe 1/4 ") . I gave it four stars (although I returned it) because there aren't many things I could find that way, the mounting hardware is basic (comes with large "wing" grommets to prevent leakage) and it looks like it'll do the job. If my notes are correct, the center mounting hole is 25-1/2" wide. The distance from the outside edge of the flange to the outside edge of the opposing flange is 26-3/4" wide. The depth is 8-1/2" hole to edge and 9-1/8" flange edge to flange edge. Flanges are 1-1/4" in diameter. Top frame is 22-1/2" wide and 8-1/2" deep. I didn't give it five stars because it's expensive, quite small and not that heavy.
