Water leaks at the junction.
I think the reason for the leak is probably because she spilled water when the overflow hole under the sink exceeded its capacity. Or maybe the sealing of the connection is not good. In addition, this product has no user manual and no spare parts or accessories. I had to figure out how to install it based on my non-professional judgement. I tried installing it a couple of times but the result was the same. While it doesn't let through a lot of water, it's still unacceptable in my opinion.
