Holds the phone in place without suction cups, glue or screws.

I've used this phone holder on a few long trips. It exceeds my expectations. I have a compact crossover so space is a bonus. I also drive a full-size CB that attaches to the dash with velcro straps. The phone holder mounts on the flat surface of the CB and never moves. I didn't use the glue that came with the phone holder for this. He just sat there and didn't move. Out of curiosity, I tested the phone holder on curved dashboard surfaces, both convex and concave. It rode on these surfaces almost as well as the flat surface of the CB radio. However, hard braking or fast cornering got some going.
