I have some big problems with this purchase. The product was packed in a plastic bag, everything was dirty inside. How much! First I took out a sticky pad and it was so dirty my hands left dirty marks on my pants. Everything was so ridiculously dirty that I wiped the sticky pads off with paper towels and took the hammock into the shower with me. The water turned brown when I rinsed it off. Luckily it came out clean and dried easily. But then another problem arises. The ladder part of the hammock is attached from the wrong side. Usually it is installed in the corner of the aquarium, where in the corner there is a right angle with two short sides to the glass and the longest side is free for the reptile to lie down. This is not possible because they attached the ladder to one of the short sides that should face the glass. This is easily remedied by cutting the cord connecting to the ladder and sewing it back on, or by attaching suction cups and securing them next to the hammock like I did. Thus the hammock does not shrink. But I couldn't use the yarn that came with it, it was very flimsy and had a dead bug on it. At least the sticky pads and suction cups work well, just make sure you want to place the pads as once you wear them you won't be able to move or reuse them. The hammock itself is strong, just misassembled and very dirty. I would not recommend buying as there are many other hammocks priced close to this one and I suspect they should be cleaner than the ones I got.
