I like how easy it was to set everything in place so we could see an immediate improvement! It took about 30 minutes from first contact through installation of our solution before seeing results online - which were amazing!! The customer service team at Image 4 IO are very friendly & knowledgeable when working directly w/ you as customers (vs via their salespeople). We used them because they had been recommended by another client who did not have any issues or complaints after implementing this tool into her business process flow along side other software she uses daily such has MailChimp etc..
