I went from an iron to a portable heat press to this amazing device! One of these came in defective last year, so I lost interest. but 4-5 months ago decided to give him another chance with this brand! The quality is very strong and durable! The handle is very easy to use. The keyboard and instructions were very easy to use. Just a few times ironically and you can do it so fast! One thing I didn't realize was a feature. Little did I know the tray would slide back and forth for easier access to a shirt or whatever to iron. I love the fact that it glides and glides so easily! Locks work smoothly! I've made dozens of custom t-shirts for family and friends over the past few months and it only takes less than 4 minutes from printing it off your computer to clicking! This is a great tool for a busy mom like me! I never think I will go back to a mini press or iron! If you have the money to buy one of these and make big, I say go for it! That's great! It also comes with a variety of mug and hat accessories, although I don't use them that often they are just as easy to use as a square press! If you are not sure, look at some videos on the Internet about abs like this. but trust me you will find it so easy and convenient! Hope that was helpful
