These swing clamps work better than traditional angle clamps which do not have hanging bushings and brass hinges. They have a much more positive clamping force than the typical bent aluminum pieces I'm used to from T-clamps. They don't need to be adjusted further if your bolt is slightly crooked to the direction of the clamp force, as the pivot bushings will correct some of that. Two parts won't be enough now that I've found a slight advantage in tuning. speed with these. I have a small problem with one of the brass inserts in one of the handles. It wobbles and wobbles a bit, but that doesn't affect performance. I would suggest routing the ends of the clips to soft wood or easily scratched objects with heat shrink tubing or soft foam tape. I have a Rockler T-Track but I'm sure other brands will work just as well.
