I didnt expect the quality to be so high.
I've been taking these vitamins on and off for years to regulate my diet. While I can't guarantee that you won't feel better if you do take them, I can attest that the placebo effect is real. If only could get me delivery from. If the market didn't mess up so much, things would be great. The vitamin dosage and quality of the vitamin sources are both rather good. The size of the tablets itself is a drawback. I have no issues with it, but I understand that it could cause some difficulty for others.
