Review on DORMAN 34237 Conditioning Bypass Pulley by Chris Litton

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Tired of changing bearings and fiddling with faulty ones.

I'm tired of changing bearings and messing with the broken air conditioner in my jeep. I used this to bypass the A/C compressor on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. If you still have refrigerant in your lines, go to your local auto repair shop and flush it out. 4 screws to remove the A/C compressor and you need to remove the hose from the back of the unit (I think it's 2 screws). Then install the bypass pulley with the screws provided and reinstall the belt. In my case (2000 Jeep Cherokee LHD) I used a 95 inch belt.
