waste of money!

I bought this stuff because I was short on time and needed to finish the project pretty quickly. When I received my package, the box was very crumpled. Turns out someone was trying to see what it was! Because of the tape they wrapped around the material, I had to remove a large piece of vinyl because I couldn't wipe it down with alcohol. My project required me to have a handwritten font on a toddler shirt. This vinyl is the worst vinyl you can put through your die cutter and rip through. The packaging says I need to set the die cutter to the vinyl settings, but on my Cricut I had to use premium vinyl for the machine to cut the vinyl cleanly. It took me over 30 minutes to weed through 7*7. My project has small letters and vinyl is hard to weed so I had to change the font. I waste so much material trying to make four shirts. The biggest mistake I made when getting this vinyl was not looking for a clear film. If you are using the Cricut or Sisser brands, typically place the vinyl shiny side up. With this practical material, the opposite is true. The shiny pages droop. If you have a project with lots of details or small words then this vinyl is NOT for you. One of the worst purchases I've ever made from Revain!

Pros
  • This HTV vinyl is soft and flexible, making it easy to cut and remove from simple to complex designs. Under the main membrane there is a special layer that prevents the penetration of colors from fabrics.
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model
