I was hesitating between Sm and Med. Here are the results. I'm 5'1", 130 pounds, 36 degrees Celsius (about 50 so that's the body I work with), short, fat waist. It's Sm and it fits just like it should. The Med was too big which caused the mesh to "wrinkle" and not lay flat on the back. This suit is comfortable, well padded, supports the "girls" and provides protection in all the right places. I didn't mean to look like an old lady but also i didn't want a costume that made me look like someone i'm not it's so cute and quite sexy i have to say i was disappointed with the state of delivery it was basically delivered crumpled up and thrown in an envelope I can tell it's a return but I've never worn it so I think I'm fine I hope this helps someone if you're between sizes it can be pretty angry!
