The user interface is easy to use, the reporting tool is adequate and the customer support team is responsive. I wish there was more customization of reports and charts. We have been able to automate our billing process with this software. It has helped us increase revenues by over $10k/month (from 10% - 20%). This software requires some training as it's not intuitive at first glance. It also took me about 2 months to get used to the reporting capabilities. My biggest concern when we started using iRate was that they do not offer an enterprise version or any other type of license. There are many competitors out there who provide similar services but their prices can be prohibitively expensive. For us, iRate provided about 30% savings in licensing fees compared to competitor products.
