Great because food doesn't stick

I was specifically looking for silicone tea towels because food sometimes gets stuck to my plastic tea towels. These are better suited for this. Food does not stick and is easily rinsed under running water. The only downside is that they have flexible bristles, which is how they should be so they don't scratch the stuck food hard enough. You must first soak or use a plastic washcloth. All in all it's what I was looking for and I plan to buy another set when they wear out. You help to reduce the use of plastic!
