Money to nowhere, poor quality of the goods.

Disappointed on the first day. Uncomfortable, quickly dies, it is impossible to twist at least with an average effort. The reverse wheel clings in hard-to-reach places, turns it off. The handle is slippery. The bits are weakly magnetized, but the backlight is not bad.
