I like that it monitors all of my marketing channels (social media & email) from one place! It also has an incredibly intuitive dashboard with great user experience which is nice for those who don't know how to use analytics tools.

The customer support can be slow at times but they are very helpful when you get them during normal hours or over chat/email - not afterhours as some other providers have been known to do. Try out this tool if your looking for something simple yet powerful and easy to implement into any Marketing Stack.
