The ability to manage customer accounts across multiple channels, including credit cards as well as ACH payments is great! It's also very easy for you or your team members who are not tech savvy at first glance but know how it works in general. I wish there was an easier way of seeing what customers have paid since last month/year etc.. As mentioned above this can be done with other software however if that isn't working then perhaps look into alternatives such as PayPal Payments Pro (or something similar). We use medious primarily because they offer us so many different ways we can pay our clients which allows them more flexibility than just using only one method like bank transfers would allow for example - although their support service has been fantastic throughout my time here thus far too!!
