This strap seems to be well made and I was able to easily attach my flashlight to it. I used this strap so I had to send it back. No problem with the belt. It's just that the harness and helmet aren't entirely compatible. I was able to get it working a bit, but it wasn't as secure as I would have liked. If your helmet has good ventilation spots this will work for you.
