They can't count good for me
My first order was for 50 balusters, and it arrived as ordered. However, I was not impressed with the included drill bit, so I used one I already had. I then added to my project and needed 25 more balusters. So, I placed a second order for 25. However, I only received 24. Fortunately, I had an old baluster of similar appearance, so I completed my project with it rather than return the order and delay completion.
- Build yourself a stencil, works fine
- While these balusters are advertised as being suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the hollow design may make them less sturdy and secure compared to solid-aluminum or other heavy-duty options, which could pose a safety risk in windy or inclement weather
