I really liked this cleanser - I also use Luxelotion so I trust this brand. However, the pump on my bottle suddenly stopped working. I have not dropped the bottle or hit it on a hard surface and the product does not spill as you can see in the video. It's still more than half full. It also doesn't help if the bottle is upright or tilted. So now I have to unscrew the complete pump and hose from the bottle and spread the cleaner through the hose onto my arm. Three things I dislike about this process: 1) it's inconvenient as I need to be able to easily inflate it by hand; 2) The bottle suggests a coin-sized amount is enough - three pumps did the trick for me when it worked, now I don't know if I'm using too much or too little. Harder to rate; 3) It's not that hygienic as the tube touches my hand and I put it back in the bottle. I try to remember to wash my hands before I wash my face at night but sometimes I forget which means I could have bacteria on my hands which then gets carried over to the rest of the detergent in the bottle and it therefore contaminate. I don't know if I will buy this cleaner again when it runs out. I don't want to be stuck with another broken bottle pump.
