Plug n play, makes installation easy. Installed first, it's almost full 1GB speed (I have a 1GB connection). When connecting to Speedify, I noticed that the adapter (I used 5 connections to connect) performs horribly. So I stopped the link, isolated the adapter and tested it to find that it was downloading at 0.15MB/s but uploading at 16MB/s (which is the max download speed on my connection. I also use Cat -8 cable for maximum speed on lines.I even tested other lines.I tested two USB-C ports on my system and then on two others that also had USB-C.Same results.Totally lost download speed , but oddly the download speed still works just fine.Waste of money, look for other adapters if you need reliability.
