I like how it can be used for multiple different aspects of your business, but also has some really cool features that are not common in other programs (such as being able transfer information between computers).
Some things could use improvement with regards transferring new info from one computer/tablet etc into another version or file - sometimes you have all these tools available when doing something simple! It's been very helpful having this program so we don't need physical folders full off paper records anymore which is great!! Also good option if there isn’s any staff who know what they're looking at well enough using spreadsheets because now those people do get an overview too through our system instead only knowing about their own section by themselves via spreadsheet files. Easy transition process once installed & set up correctly- no issues yet since installation.- Having everyone working together more efficiently than ever before.
