excellent pizza; difficult to clean.
Previously used and very happy with Emile Henry pizza stone. I recently bought a flat rib model that makes a great pizza with a crispier crust. But: The combs catch burnt food and fat and make cleaning the stone more difficult. So: something crispier or easier to peel?
