The ability of having more insight into our customers' buying journey was great for us! We are able solve problems that we could not have been aware off before using this tool (ease in solving issues like "how can I get my product featured" or how do i know what features/product attributes they dislike most about it).
Nothing much came out as an issue while implementing Syna so far but if there's anything then its nothing major either - just some minor quirks here &there which were resolved quickly by their team once notified through support tickets sent via email / call etc.. Highly recommended!! Using Synata has helped me understand user behavior better across all categories including mobile devices with no technical knowledge required whatsoever!
